Sup fools, I just caught up with 3 weeks of noobtoob. I'm glad that you guys are gaining popularity. I stand by my earlier comments that you need moar jokes and that yuzo talks too fast. Other than that, AWEZOME! keep it up

Thanks much for the kind words guys, it feels really good that people have been digging the time we've been putting into this labor of love. We totally hear you about a lot of gaming podcasts out there, both of us listen to quite a few of them and one of the main reasons we wanted to start our own was because so few of them actually talk about playing games. That's why our show format is primarily games we've been playing and upcoming games (with a little bit of news if there's time).

We'll be doing small tweaks to our format here and there (mostly to include interviews with people in the industry) so we'd appreciate any feedback on if it helps or hurts the 'cast. We're extremely sensitive to falling into the trap that many podcasts seem to once they've been around a while, namely become totally self-indulgent and lose focus. So be sure and call us on our shit if we start to suck :).

Oh and Russ, no worries on crap music coming in. Range, our audio engineer will keep a tight reign on any garbage hitting the mp3.

And gratz on the new job Grim! We've been getting a nice boost from the mention on Destructoid.com so much obliged for the post, it means a lot, especially at this early point.

I gotta throw my hat in too and say that I came through the door that Destructoid opened.

Like Jakaden, I subscribed to a ton of podcasts to listen to at work but became incredibly annoyed with the bulk of them (there is so much music in the world, why use only "nu-metal").

Coming across your 'cast was refreshing and I want to thank Tobin for giving me the inspiration and courage to tell my friends that I don't like Dead Rising either. Why the fuck would they use the left analog stick to aim your gun? There is a perfectly good right stick for that. Leave the left stick for walking.

Keep up the great job and thanks for not saying "umm".
Oh, and as soon as you play any Creed or Godsmack or any of that crap - I'm taking you off my iTunes subscription.

Hey guys, I can't thank you enough for mentioning me. I can't say how much longer I'm going to stay with the site however, because Destructoid.com has hired me. This will most likely be the last week of Grim Gamer unless someone else takes over. Thanks again.

Hey guys,

Found this podcast via Destructoid and I wanted to let you know that I think you have a great podcast already despite the fact you are only 11 episodes in.

At one point I was subscribed to about 15 gaming podcasts (listen to em at work), but I ended up getting rid of all but a few due to the fact that either the hosts were annoying, the podcast was the same thing as all the others or it was plain boring.

However, you guys got a good one going here and I will definitely be adding the subscription so keep it up!
